Caring “too much” for others can wreak havoc on your body. When the majority of what you do and focus on is others, your own health can negatively impacted. If you don’t take care of your own needs (rest, eating habits, activity, etc.) because you are fully focused on caring for other people, the stress of it can overtake your body. Weight loss/gain, body aches, headaches, fatigue, blood pressure, heart problems and more could be results of not taking time to care for yourself. As I said in the first week, caring for others is not a bad thing. But caring so much and not taking care of yourself can be unhealthy. Next week I will focus on some ways to
